What should I do if the image remains blurry even after turning the focusing ring?

• A: If adjusting the focusing ring does not clear up the image, check for the following common causes:

  • Tip Soiling / Condensation: Inspect the distal end of the endoscope or the camera coupler window for blood, residue, or fogging. Clean or defog accordingly.

  • Coupler Connection: Ensure the endoscope is fully inserted and securely locked into the camera coupler.

  • Working Distance: Verify that the endoscope tip is at an appropriate focal distance from the target tissue.
